Mexican Food is one of the more popular cuisines in the United States. Chef and Owner, Dennis Lake, brings that full-service experience into a fun, but fast casual space. Handmade blue corn tortillas are paired with fire-roasted salsas, grilled and oven-roasted “Carnes”, this menu will not disappoint. La Taqueria offers premium Tequilas, Mezcals and Margaritas from the top of Greenwich Avenue and now Downtown Darien. We welcome you and your friends to come in and try us out.

Meet the Chef & Owner

Dennis Lake...As an alumnus of the Culinary Institute of America, Dennis has worked with both Certified Master Chefs (CMC’s), Brad Barnes, and Hartmut Handke, the first four years out of the Institute. From Hotels to large, themed restaurants, to Celebrity Chefs and most recently, Glaze Teriyaki and Rosa Mexicano, they have all molded and formed him into who he is today.
