Meet the Chef & Owner
Dennis Lake...As an alumnus of the Culinary Institute of America, Dennis has worked with both Certified Master Chefs (CMC’s), Brad Barnes, and Hartmut Handke, the first four years out of the Institute.
From Hotels to large, themed restaurants, to Celebrity Chefs and most recently, Glaze Teriyaki and Rosa Mexicano, they have all molded and formed him into who he is today.
